Does anyone know how to get rid of?

CANKER SORES! I have had the same one for so long... it lasted a week at first, then went away for a few days, and now it's back, and it hurts! I want it gone!

I hate canker sores! Buy some canker sore medicine, apply to the sore every day. And then it should slowly go away. But also, wear off sugary drinks and foods, that could irritate the sore and make it harder for it to go away.

Are you sure it's canker sores?  Sorry to say this but it could be Herpes, you know.  You could even have caught it from someone by kissing them hello or good-bye if they had an outbreak on their lips or face.

Now that that's out of the way, assuming it's canker sores:

Try rinsing your mouth with a solution of 1/2-teaspoon salt dissolved in 8 ounces of water.

Another mixture that may be helpful consists of 1-2 tablespoons of Maalox mixed with one-half tablespoon of liquid diphenhydramine (Benadryl).

A number of medications are available over-the-counter, for example, calamine (Calamox) lotion.

Liquids or ointments with a numbing ingredient such as benzocaine (Anbesol, Orabase, Tanac) help relieve the discomfort of canker sores.

Gargle with warm salt water. Just take a cup and make the water nice and warm, add about 1 tbsp of salt to 8 oz. of the water.

Gargle and swish it around gently. do this several times over a few minutes and do this routine a few times a day.

Salt is a natural antibiotic and its what you would use to clean away junk after oral surgery. It will help right away with how it feels and it will go away much faster. Salt is the mouths best friend when it has sores. It will not hurt like you might think salt in a wound. It will in fact feel pretty good.
