Does anyone know how to get your avatar next to your question?

underneath the buttons labelled, "ask," "answer," and "discover," you'll see a green bar where it says "search for questions."

to the right side of that, it says, "My Q&A."

this is where you can edit your user profile for this portion.

click "My Q&A."  on the page that it takes you to, you'll see a box where your points are.  underneath that, it has two links: "Public View of My Profile," and "Edit My Info."

click on "Edit My Info."  this takes you to a page with the heading, "Edit My Profile."

this is where you can choose which Nickname to use (your yahoo ID, your 360 nickname, or a totally different one), and which picture to display (no picture, your 360 picture, or your yahoo avatar).

Go to your Q&A page and click on Edit My Info. Then you can choose to use your Yahoo Avatar.
