Does anyone know how to get your parents to let you do something?

I got excepted to go to England France and maybe Scotland but my mother wont let me. She says im going to get homesick. Plz help me!

you could always keep asking nicely so she knows how much its means to you without sounding like a baby so she can see how mature you are being about it - also you could have a teacher speak to your Mom about what a good opportunity it would be for you - good luck !!!

Tell her, life has a way of changing, and this may be your only chance in life to go Great Britain and/or France.  Tell her, think how much I will grow as an idividual !

perhaps she actually can't afford it if she's paying. sit down have a chat to her expalin how educational it would be for you

and how it would help you mature. u don't say how old you are.

i presume you are from the states - your mum may have read

stories about terrorists etc and she may me scared for you.

maybe you live alone with her and she will be lonely.

ask her nicely why she thinks you maybe home sick.

remember if you go and you do get homesick you will have to put up with it and not expect mum to rescue you.

this is difficult cos you've not given all info like age etc and who you are going with

Straight up black mail works well. Any photos of a pornograhic nature should be helpful, especially if they involve minors or livestock.
