  1. "La información sobre "requisitos necesarios para establecer un puesto en El Rastro", ha sido retirada de la Web del Ayuntamiento. Aquellos interesados pueden informase directamente en la Junta Municipal del Distrito Centro en la Plaza mayor."  

    I found this in the Rastro's website...It translates that the Ayuntamiento has removed the info from their website...

    You'll have to go to the Junta Municipal del Distrito Centro which is in Plaza Mayor personally to get the info you have asked for.
