Does anyone know how to load music and videos onto a zune?

i have loaded what i thought was everything i needed onto my computer but i cannot figure out how to put the music/music videos onto the actual zune :(

Zune reads mp4, wmv, if your files aren't compatible with zune, you must convert your video to zune first, I always use aimersoft zune convertr suite, it can easily convert dvd video to zune with high quality, that's really nice, you can check it out here for free:

After conversion finished. Run Zune software, connect your Zune device to computer via USB cable, then the Zune software will detect your Zune player. Drag the converted video and music to Zune software and click “Start to sync”, then your video and music will be transferred to Zune. If you don’t have Zune software, you can download it free from here: http://www.zune.net
