Does anyone know how to locate former i.b.m employee?

looking for my dad he worked as a programar in 1966 for ibm would like to confirm his exsistance mom lied about so much would like to make sure there was a robert quackenbush at ibm in 1966

He probably knows stephen quakenbush at IBM I bet. Usually fathers and sons join the same buisnesses. Or I could be wrong. He might know him though since they both work at IBM.

Basically go through the IBM directory select USA for the country and type quakenbush  as the last name and then type in the letters of the alphabet for the first name starting with a. *Also they keep old phone books at the library. You could call the local library in chicago and ask them to see if there is a robert Quackenbush at the adress you gave in 1966.

*you could also look through the chicago newspaper archives and see if there is a birth anouncement for you that has his name on it.
