Does anyone know how to lose weight really fast?

i dont care if its from starving yourself to working out 24/7 im getting really depressed and i need to work out but i just dont know what i really should do

please help

  1. only eat when you are hungry. exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday


  2. If you dont care, and really want solid advise, then listen up.

    Look up 10% fat diet or vegan diet. Find out what you need to know. Basically cut out meat and dairy, and take a multivitamin. You can find lots of meat / dairy substitutes at health food stores. It is a little more expensive, but you will lose lots of weight and fairly quickly. Fat in you body is animal fat, you cut that you will lose weight.

    Watch the video if you want to see what i'm talking about. I watched it and that is what turned me vegan when i found out just what eating meat has done to us.

  3. eat only apples for 10 days and drink loads of water. all fat will just pour away

    Not knowing what to do is an honest statement and a healthy statement.  I disagree because you do know what to do and you are doing it now.  You are seeking knowledge and help. Weight loss begins in the mind long before it appears on your waistline.  You need to make a commitment and stick with it.  

    Educate yourself and do not waste your money or emotions on diet pills.  They are ALL a scam.

    Educate yourself as to what you need to do.  In a nutshell all you need to do is eat less calories than you burn during your life.  That is it and that is all there is to do to get it done.
