Does anyone know how to make a ziploc drink?

I had this drink one night at Club Seville in Pensacola. I know it has vodka and red bull in it, but it is a blue green color. It was so good. And although I have searched everywhere, I cannot figure out how to make it. I would really appreciate the help!

1 oz Absolut Citron

1oz blue curacao

you need a 2 part shooter cup for this one....put the citron in the middle then add the blue curacao until it breaches the rim of the inside shot cup...then slam and shoot
