Does anyone know how to make french mushroom brie soup?

I tried Togo's french mushroom brie soup and I love it,but I can only get it a couple days a week. Does anybody know how to make it? I have a huge craving for it and its hard to deny.

Saute mushrooms in butter

Take a good beef stock (heated) in a small serving bowl and add sauteed mushrooms

Take a toasted slice of french bread and cover with a thick slice of brie.

Put under broiler for a few minutes (keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn)

Use a good vegetable stock in place of the beef stock to make this vegetarian.    I am assuming you eat butter since you are also eating brie.   You could  brown the mushrooms in olive oil if you wish to eliminate the butter too.
