  1. Like finger sandwiches?

Canned Tuna ( I prefer the white albacore)

    minced onion

    Mayo

    salt

    pepper

    minced dill pickles

    minced celery

mix together and spoon on to bread cover with another piece of bread... slice of the crusts then cut in to quarters diagonalagional

  2. you take bread but tuna on it take another bread and put that on top of the tuna!

    DUUUUUAAA!!!!!!

  3. i would stick the tuna in wraps and stick a toothpick thru them and serve that way

    tuna,

    mayo

    red onion

    celery

I would add dill pickle to some .certain people do not care for pickles in it.

  4. you make the tuna filling to your liking. I use some mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, finely chopped pickles and chopped parsely seasones with some crushed black pepper and a little bit of salt.

The trick is in the method of assembling the sandwiches. I use a butter spray, or you can use olive oil spray which is basically olive oil in a spray can, spray it onto the insides of the slices of bread and then put a lettuce leaf on top of the bread then the tuna then another letuce leaf and then the final slice of bread. What the lettuce leaf does is it prevents the mayo and the sauce from soaking into the bread and making the sandwiches sloppy. and the spray makes the lettuce stick to the bread and it prevents the water from the lettuce making the bread soggy.

  5. Are you talking about canned tuna with mayo?  Or a seared tuna steak sliced thin with salad on top of that (micro greens) as a finger sandwich?

When I think of a party, unless it's very causal, I don't think of mayo/tuna sandwiches.  I think, High Tea, with cucumber sandwiches, seared tuna with wasabi... more elegant sandwiches.

  6. The easiest way to make tuna salad is to drain a can of tuna, mix it with some mayo and some relish (if you like it), add some salt and pepper if you like. Mix it all up with a fork, other optional ingredients include finely chopped celery, mustard... Anyway, this is a pretty simple recipe, but it works well coz you usually have these things on hand.

  7. giada on everyday italian made these cute sandwiches. go to food networks website and look up. artichoke and tuna sandwich i believe it was the panini episode. i havent made them yet because my husband doesnt like artichokes but i will for my next gathering
