Does anyone know how to make vietnamese kebabs things.?

i had them recently i cant even pinpoint excactly wats in them.... maybe lemongrass? its almost like sausage mince squished onto bamboo skewers. maybe pork mince but the taste is so different and incredible. hope there is someone who knows what in talkin bout.

it's the skewers, they're made out of sugar cane (the plant) and the stuff in the sausage is the fermented fish/shrimp sauce. It can be any kind, because there are different ones, you'd have to ask the place you got it from which one they use
