Does anyone know how to make white wine butter sauce from red lobster?

I am looking for the recipe for the White Wine butter sauce from red lobster, anyone got it??

  1. WHITE BUTTER WINE SAUCE  

    3 shallots, finely minced

    1/4 cup white wine vinegar or muscatel wine

    4 tablespoons butter

    Pinch of salt (to taste)

    1/2 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley

    In a small saucepan, boiled down shallots in vinegar or muscatel wine. Continue cooking over low heat stirring occasionally 15 minutes.

    Allow to cool. Stir in parsley.

    Whisk in some room temperature butter, stirring over low heat. Add salt, vinegar or muscatel.

    Simmer five minutes.




  2. after you boil your fresh lobster...use some of the water that you boiled it in......put it in a saucepan with a cup of white wine, and 2 tablespoons butter. Cook, or simmer for 10 minutes, until the wine has evaporated...season to taste!

  3. Beurre blanc

    1 sliced shallot

    1 lemon(juiced...then add  lemon as well)

    5 pepper corns

    1 sprig of thyme

    1 bay leaf

    add to 1 cup white wine...bring to boil and reduce to half...add whole cream and reduce to half

    remove from heat ..strain ...add 1 pound butter (Cubed) a little at a time until incorporated completely...
