  1. At my Mcdonalds for a small cup of hot chocolate- take small cup, add 4 pumps hot chocolate, put under machine hit small, syrup, and hot chocolate buttons on machine, stir, add whip cream and coco sprinkles:)

  4. It's actually Carnation Hot Chocolate Syrup they use. I work at a Mcd's and have once wondered the same thing myself.
