  2. If they are a Company Director then you may be able to access this at Companies House in London, but you would need to pay.

    On an individual basis unfortunately not, its against the data protection act to divulge such information, unless you are an organisation which would have access to this kind of information.

    I suppose you could try a private investigator, but then you would still have to pay.

  3. look up the city's webpage where the case was heard. you can find links that way. You can always go the the courthouse, large public library or try www.westlaw.com

  4. any lawyer type person can tell you

  5. the only (free) way to obtain court records for someone is to go to the county or city's website and see if court records are public (it just depends on that particular county/city).  it would take some digging, but you may be able to find for what you're looking.
