I see that people have to pay others to edit it but i have no credit card to pay them & i was wondering if anyone knows how to do it for free.

i dont need it to make myself look less ugly becuz im handsome as you can see on my myspace page!

If you don't have access to photoshop, try splashup! It's free and works just like photoshop!

Photoshop will do that for you.  To darken the edges you use the burn tool and you can use smuge and blur to make the area around you out of focus.  I have the cheap one and it comes with those tools.  You can get it at Best Buy.

anyways... yeah, if you have photoshop, you can make your skin tone better or cover up zits by using the clone tool.

the icon looks like a stamper? select it, do alt+click to pick the shade you want, and click away.
