Does anyone know how to picture edit?

Okay, does anyone have or know of a good, free, easy website that can help me edit pictures and can also do this cool picture thing where the whole picture is black and white and there is like one item that is in color? Help please! Thanks!

ouch that would make the tendons hurt

Most editing software Adobe elements 5 or 6 is great and will convert color to black and white easily and make most all photos look better even when lighting is dark or too bright.

Never heard of one that will add color to black and white unless you manually apply a painting software such as corel and ya have to be really good.

don't know if you are wanting to purchase it o rnot, but you could try www.dimeprints.com. the editing features are fairly easy to use. the website isn't that great if you order. they are slow, and you can't track your order, but what do you expect for 10 cents a copy? you may be able to make your changes, then 'right click' on the image, and either copy and paste to another program to print, or just 'right click' and print. hope that helps.
