I am writing a paper on a book. The writer puts an excerpt letter someone else wrote. I want to quote something they said which was, "Change is hard. Change is hardest on those caught by surprise. Change is hardest on those who have difficulty changing too. But change is natural; change is not new; change is important."

How do i go about quoting?

the author wrote:

"...managing editor sent all editorial employees a memo, which included the following excerpts: " ...Change is hard. Change is hardest on those caught by surprise. Change is hardest on those who have difficulty changing too. But change is natural; change is not new; change is important...."
