  1. put a dish cloth on it and use a hot iron to melt the wax into the cloth

  2. brown paper and iron over.

  3. Moisten one tea-towel or cloth- not a duster!!

Place flat over the stain/ wax.

Starting with a cool setting, iron repeatedly over the towel, keep adding a "notch" of temperature until (upon checking) you see the wax has left the carpet and stuck to the towel. Keep moving to a fresh section of damp towel until it is gone!

Hope that works-be careful not to burn the carpet- don't leave the iron stood in one place, or unattended.

    Cheers!

  4. Take 3 sheets of Kitchen tissue lay it over the wax and iron with a hot iron, the heat will melt the wax and it will soak into the tissue.  Keep on going with fresh tissue until all the wax has been cleaned off.

  5. a hot iron and lots of paper. Brown, butcher or news paper.

  6. 1. dry ice to freeze it then rub it off and the solid will vacuum up

    2. iron on absorbent paper and it will soak into the paper

    3. get a steamer with  cloth cover and steam the area the steam will melt the wax and it will go onto the cloth - plus this will kill any bugs in carpet and freshen pile.
