Does anyone know how to remove pit stains?

a lot of my work shirts have armpit discoloration from sweat. Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of this? I bleach the white ones obviously, but the colored shirts are perplexing me.

~~Just put white vinegar in a spray bottle and spray the stains until saturated. Let it sit on the stain 15 to 60 minutes depending on how dark the stain is. Then launder. The stain will be gone and your clothes will be soft and fresh again.~~
