Does anyone know how to remove rubber tire stains from the bumper of my car after being rear-ended?

I have washed it at a car wash but the stains still remain. Anyone have a solution to this problem. Thanks.

yeah you got to use a buffer

Buy 3M Rubbing Compound, it's expensive (about 20 bucks a bottle) but it will do the best job without removing any paint.  Don't worry about buying a buffer, just takes some good ol' elbow grease with the a terry cloth towel.
