Does anyone know how to send a parcel to Cuba from Nanaimo?

I am from Cuba and I am living in Nanaimo BC, I can't find a way to send something to Cuba, could anyone help me?

Yes, DHL as Richard said. Guaranteed package arrival and with tracking number, etc.

*Edit: just remember, the heavier the package, the more expensive, especially for international shipping.

Also, you can send via Canada Post if you wanted an alternative. They ship to Cuba.
