Does anyone know how to stop my t mobile dash from freezeing?

when i turn it on it freezez and it freezez on random times

yea ok you need to restart you phone but make sure you save you data to you computer or memory card ... ok restarting PRESS- START--go DOWN-- to accessories--press clear storage--press 1234 and YES.. the phone will turn off but all you prograns that you have installed will be delete but if you install them on memmory card you can take the memory card out before restart your phone.. pictures,message videos ringtones will be delete make sure to save all that data if need more help you can send me email at [e-mail] or visit my pages.. http://phoneapps620.googlepages.com/
