Does anyone know how to stop previous search suggestions coming up when i try and?

Go to tools, internet options, delete browsing history...

or if that fails

click onto your adress bar, completely clear the address and when your cursor is blinking start going through the alphabet and when a list of previously searched items delete them...

Its worked for me in the past......

Your browser is storing past entries in that field. If you're using Internet Explorer do this:

Tools->Internet Options

Click on the Contents tab and click the Settings button under Auto Complete.

Untick the Forms box.

When you get them highlight them and press the delete key, to stop them all together click tools / internet options / content / autocomplete and uncheck "Forms"
