Does anyone know how to stop sweat attacks during the day?

I have recently being advised by my GP that I have started the Menopause. I only have these attacks during the day ( I thought they usually came at night). I would like some herbal remedies for this condition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. I had those too sometimes in the day and sometimes at night but found that a good wild yam serum applied daily really helped do away with them.  Rotate the location (inner forearms, stomach and inner thighs) and never apply to the breast area.  Start with a lesser dosage and increase as needed.  I usually kept it up for a couple of months and then tried taking a break just to see if I still needed it at that time.  Here is a list of herbs and suppliments that could also help you.

    Black Cohosh

    Isoflavones

    Cimicifuga Racemosa

    Progesterone

    Phytoestrogen

                    Wild Yam
