Does anyone know how to take over as commish of a league if the commish has left.?

The commish has left our dynasty football league. He ok'ed that we take over but never gave us the info or appointed anyone as the new commish. he wont return emails and is gone. How do we get the league back.

there is no way to do it unless you can get ahold of him. he has the controls to switch it over to anyone he chooses. without him, youre kinda screwed. thats pretty sh1tty that he just up and left.
