After being diagnosed with Diabetes T2, My wife lost about 30lbs (From 132 to 102) and 2 dress and bra sizes. She's always been petite and short (5"1").She's eating more but is still not gaining. She really does look anorexic and it's depressing. She is 66 years old and is frequently told she looks 40, but her skin --breast, upper arms, thighs and abdomen--are loose and flabby. Of course I love her and when I married a women 17 years my senior, she looked and still looks good. But frankly, the flab has made me stop desiring her sexually. We have a very good relationship, but I'd like to help her with this. Help please.

  1. I would sit down and let your wife know how you feel.

She has been diagnosed with a difficult illness and has done what she is supposed to do, lose weight, have a good diet of fruit & veg, sounds like she is doing well. Yoga will help, so will meditation along with some aerobic exercise. I go to water therapy, really good for you. Go with her enjoy exercise with one another.

I really do not think the problem is your wife, I feel the problem is you. You are having difficulty with this, you must of understood this when you married a women 17 years your senior, I feel that you may want to go into therapy  and ask her to go with you. Good luck

  2. water aerobics is best for toning without the pain. go to the nearest swimming centre and ask about it.
