Does anyone know how to total the score in a volleyball (beach) gAME?

i know it has something to do with the three sets. is it best two out of three?

first team to win 2 sets, gotta get 21 points and must win by two points.  They use the rally scoring system every ball scores a point. go to avp.com to check out the beach game.
