  1. just google ipod to pc, unless its a mac then i dont hav a clue because i cant find one either

  2. I downloaded a software called 'Aniosoft iPod To Computer' to help me, It is a ipod backup tool to help you easily copy / transfer your songs , videos from your iPod to PC. You can find it at http://www.dvdipodsoft.com/ipod-to-compu...

It's fast, easy and very wonderful. I think it is a good choose.Hope it helps.

  3. Just in your ipod into your computer then enable disk mode. then go to my computer and click on your ipod. theres this hidden folder called "ipod_control". to view it, go to tools, then folder options and select view. mark the one that says show hidden folders and files. then you'll see the ipod_control folder. click on it then it'll show music. so then, just click on the folders inside and copy the music to your itunes or whatever. Hope this helps!!
