Does anyone know how to transfer funds from pokerstars to full tilt?

You need 2 players who have funds on both sites.

Player A send $100 to Player B on PS

Then

Player B sends $100 to Player of FT.

There are no site to site transfers

You will have to withdraw from poker stars and deposit into fulltilt, I dont know any other way. You can try by trading with someone but you cant be sure he will be honest.

It can't be done directly.

You can do it indirectly, as the answerer above me suggested.  When I opened a FullTilt account, I already had an account on Bodog.  I withdrew $500 from Bodog, when I got the check, I deposited $500 on FullTilt.  There is no way to have the money go from one site directly to another.
