  1. You cant.  Online broadcasts are limited to computers with a local IP address.  You can try using a proxy server to scramble your IP address but it's pretty tough to find one that works.

    I spent a few hours trying out different ones so I could see what kind of garbage they would say on the news in the UK and Australia, but it was a no go.
