Does anyone know how to work out the true bearing?

Okey well im doing level 6 and level 6+ and im having trouble working out the true bearings, I can fine the compass bearings and our techer said we are moving on tomorrow. Please help we have only just begun this topic and im troubled already.

Is there not a tutor website or someone that has done this topic you can get advice from? There must be someone who can help you out. I feel for you, there's nothing like starting a subject and getting lost straight away
