  1. Do you mean writing an observation as if it is unfolding before your eyes?  If so, then simply try using present tense in all your verbs/actions.  For example, say "She walks to the counter and orders a drink," rather than "She walked to the counter and ordered a drink."  Write the entire observation in present tense.

Hope that was what you were looking for AND hope it made sense.

  2. Use words like: She/he is picking up the button with her right hand using a pincer grip, now she's walking over to J, she's holding the button up as if to show it to him. Using his right hand, J is snatching the button from L's hand. Her face is becoming red, her mouth is opening. "Gibb it back.....gimme" etc.etc.

  3. N is in the home corner with one other. She picks up the tea pot and  pretends to pour. She hands the cup to L and says 'cup of tea'. She puts the teapot in the cupboard. She is now looking at the dressing up dresses and chooses a long pink cinderella dress and attempts to put it on. She has several attempts but then comes to adult S to ask for help....... etc
