Does anyone know how to write on pics?

i want to know how to write on the pictures and i can pic my different kind of font, does anyone know how to do dat

Open the pic in MS Paint (start>>>all programs>>>>accessories>>>Paint, then click file >>open) then use the text tool (it looks like the letter "T") and you can change the font and the color or whatever
