Does anyone know if Avon still charges for their beauty kit?

They have the $10 starter kit and then there's a beauty consultant/advisor kit that costs around $80. I read that they did away with the charge last year, but I cannot find where I read that. Do you get the kit for free now? Or is there no longer a beauty kit (ingredients, product info, binder etc)???

Avon has made all of the training that was available for no additional charge. It was previously called "Beauty Adviser" Training, it is now available through the Rep website at "Beauty of Knowledge". There is no longer an additional fee. All of the product information is also easily accessible to the Representative on-line.
