Does anyone know if Generation kill will come out with a DVD ?and when?

i would like to know if Generation Kill will come out on DVD anytime soon also i would like to know if there will ever be a season 2 of generation kill

HBO will release the Generation Kill DVD early December 2008 but because this is a 7 part mini-series, there will be no second season. Generation Kill is based off the award winning book by Evan Wright by the same name and only details the first 40 days of the invasion of Iraq. I love this show and would love to see more of the men of First Recon but sadly there will be nothing further.
