Does anyone know if Korea's Rain, Kim Jeong Hoon and Se7en already served the military?

If not yet, do they have a choice not to be called for duty?

They haven't yet. Most males have to serve the military before they are 30. For Rain and KJH, they should probably do it soon..

Rain - 1982

KJH - 1980

There are exceptions from going such as medical conditions or being the only male in the the immediate family.

Pretty sure Rain hasn't, not sure about the other two.

No one in Korea has a choice to serve in the military.  It's mandatory.  Korea's Lim Yo Hwan (known as `SlayerS`_BoxeR), an international celebrity and Starcraft professional, had to quit playing Starcraft at the peak of his career to serve his term.  It's kind of a big deal, too, if you know about Korea's obsession with Starcraft.
