  1. They absolutely do. A safe in the room. Plus they have safety deposit boxes that you can access and keep valuables in when you stay there. Most major large casinos have them.

  3. Yes, almost every casino in Las Vegas has a secure safe in the room, or offers a safety deposit box.

I do not trust the room safes in any casinos myself, and I always use the casino safety deposit box.

Be sure to tip the cashier when you sign up, and each time you access it. This will help avoid any delays in accessing it.

Another way to safeguard your cash, if you are planning on playing at a casino is to deposit your bankroll with the cashier, then only take out what you want at any one time. With some co-owned casinos you can play at different spots and still pull cash out.

Be sure to get a players card where you go to get the Free Comps they offer players, and here are some tips to get even more and better comps:

  4. I bet they do not

  5. The Rio has safe deposit boxes in the rooms.  Not sure about the Wynn or Mirage since I haven't stayed at either of those.  You can call the hotel directly and ask them about the safes.

  6. All of the major Las Vegas resorts have safe-deposit boxes in the cashier's cage.  There are usually not as many boxes as there are hotel rooms, so you should call them (ask for the cashier) and ask about availability.  They are usually only available for hotel guests or special players.

Another alternative is to deposit your money at the cashier and draw on it when you play.  I suggest you set up a credit line at the casino where you will be playing.  It is much better than carrying cash.

They also have safes in the hotel rooms, but I was never comfortable using them.
