Does anyone know if Mexico is also going entirely digital, and if so, when?

As many of us U. S. citizens know, the last day of our analog broadcasting (versus digital broadcasting) in the United States will be February 17, 2009 (per the Federal Communications Commission, a United Stated government agency.)
