Does anyone know if Natural Progesterone cream gives u cramps and delays your period?

Just be careful not to use to much or it will definetly delay your period. My mom kept putting it on one time and she ended up being like a week late. Used in moderation it can ease the symptoms of pms. Hope this helps!

I tried it, it gave me cramps as soon as it touched my skin.  Personally, it just didn't make me feel right, so i chose it's not worth it.   If you use enough of it, it can delay your period.
