All the ATM's would charge you a fee, between 2 and 5 dollars plus whatever your financial institution will charge.

I agree with homeless, I did that and for 3 months they did not charge me any interest of the fee. Do as homeless says and in case it doesn't work,  any ATM will charge upto 4 dollars for each withdrawal which at the end can pile you for quite a large amount of money.

There are a number of internet banks that will give you up to 4 times a month using a debit card and not charge you the Chilean banks service fee.
