Does anyone know if T-mobile accepts Mexican Matricula and Itin?

T-mobile does NOT ask for you social security number All they would want is your Name, and debit/credit card over the phone at the FLEXPAY department. There is no credit check for Flexpay account.. and if they ask.. say you  do NOT want to disclose that information.
