Does anyone know if a fruits basket #27 is comming out?

I really need to know because I am a huge fan of fruits basket, and I don't want it to end; so I'm just curious...

What do you mean #27? The manga finished at the 23th volume.

I don't believe there will ever be a second season. There was too much time between the first one and a possible second one, and that's not the only problem.

I heard somewhere that Takaya-sensei (Furuba's author) had a bit of a lack of communication with the anime producers, and there was many things wrong with the anime. (Like the whole Akito thing, you know...) Apparently, the author didn't want a second season. But I'm not sure.

Nope  they only planned on airing though episodes 1-26 that came out in around 2002. but you can read the manga. ITs over but its alot longer and more info. you can go to www.onemanga.com to read it. hope this helped
