Does anyone know if a parakeet (budgie) can eat raisins?

I know there are a lot of things budgies can't eat like avocados, apple seeds and other stuff that is toxic for them. Raisins ok? I'm wondering because they are my daughter's favorite snack and I should probably watch her more with them if they are toxic to the bird cause she tends to put things in his cage a lot.

I wouldn't let him eat them, they are toxic to dogs, so I would try to keep them out of his cage.
