Does anyone know if alan baltes is a good person to sign up with for acting and auditions?

ive been looking so hard to find a agent but its really hard and i found this guy and i was just wondering if hes good?

He's not an agent (unless something has changed Alan??).  He's an honest guy who works in the industry.  He blogs about Disney auditions that he finds out about and is probably your best source for that stuff if you do not have an agent.  His blog has been the only place I've seen legit Disney audition info aside from Breakdowns.

Alan is a good guy. I have had several communications with him. As far as I know, he is not an agent. He is a guy making money sharing his knowledge. He gives good advice.
