Does anyone know if and where online that i can get information on getting my dog fixed for free? ?

I don't know if there is a place around here that does it for free, maybe if you are very low income...I know there are places that do it for a reduced price.

Here is a website that may be able to point you in the right direction...You enter your state and a list of agencies/vets that can offer reduced cost or free spay/neuter will be given to you.

I don't know about online but I do know that many vet offices do a clinic once a year where they spay and neuter for free. Call your vet and ask if they have such a program. Also, call your local city shelter and ask if there is any low cost options. I know some cities will give you a spay/neuter voucher at any vets office for about $20.
