  1. in the center is everithing open every day :) for the turist and the money :)

  2. It varies-depends on how much the shopkeeper wants tourist dollars.

  3. I think some will be open but not all... All SAints Day is a very religious holiday in Italy and the majority of shops are closed... Maybe in the "touristy" areas you'll be able to find something open
