  1. If they are not held at Colonial Downs I would say no.  Most jump meets in the southeast/mid-atlantic area are non betting events.


  2. If the Gold Cup is run @ Colonial Downs, yes.If it is run @ a non-pari-mutuel track no.Colonial Downs is the only pari-mutuel track in Virginia. I hope that helps.
