  1. Well my doctor, and my two friends doctor's, say you have to be over 21 becasue your eyes are still developing.


  2. No, it's not something you can get on the NHS, although it may be different if the child is blind or going blind.

  3. I don't know about the NHS paying for it, but I can tell you no doctor will preform the surgery on a 16 year old. We have to wait until your eyes stop changing, depending on the person, that usually doesn't happen until your in your mid 20's. You don't want to go through the surgery and 6 months later have to buy glasses because your eyes changed.
