Does anyone know if there is a way to pinpoint someones exact address including street via an IP address????

Im trying to locate my friend in europe. I will be flying out to see him earlier than i told him i would be but now i cannot contact him to tell him im arriving earlier because all his contact info including phone number was saved in my outlook. My computer crashed and wiped out all my contacts and my emails to him keep getting bounced back to me and now i cant tell him that im gonna go sooner so i want to know his exact address so that i have somewhere to arrive to when i get there. Is there anyway i can get an exact address from an IP address that i got from an email he sent me??? please help im desperate to contact him.

No, more than likely the ip address will only show the location of his ISP not his address.  Most people have dynamic ip addresses which will change frequently.

i think it is not possible unless isp of your friend help you. you can know city of the person through ip address and the isp name. but exact address and contact number can be told by the internet service provider ( isp ).
