Does anyone know if i can replace my sky tv box with a sky + box and still use the existing dish?

  1. dont see why not, you will have to call sky and ask them if you can upgrade


  2. yes you can mate, but in-order to use the live rewind and pause facility, you may need to pay a subsciption fee of £10 per month, this is only the case if you have the free sat offer.. if you are a subsciber to any of Sky's packages, then you will be able to use the additional features, i;e rewind, pause etc free of charge...

  4. Yes, not a problem.  I have 3 different types of digibox running from my dish.  Hope this helps.

  5. You can change the box but would need the dish modified to have a quad LNB installed (the arm part in the centre of the dish). This enables your sky + to record/view programmes at the same time as it provides more than one feed from the dish. Give Sky a call they probably have deals on for customers wanting to upgrade to Sky+
